Stephanie Willison
Prescott, AZ Family Law Attorney

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin before going on to attend law school at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. After graduating law school with her J.D. in 2003, Stephanie served as a prosecutor for Yavapai and Maricopa County. In this role, her practice focused on crimes against children, which instilled in her a strong sense of the value of family.

Stephanie founded her private practice with the goal of helping families. She regularly assists clients with all types of family law issues, ranging from values-based planning to wealth preservation and legal guidance for both married and unmarried couples. Whether you are planning for your future or your family is in crisis, Stephanie is committed to providing you with the one-on-one assistance and sound representation you need. She is passionate about helping families of all types—traditional, blended, and everything in between—secure happy, sound futures.

Stephanie is married to the love of her life, Brian, and together they have two kids. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family.

Certified Financial Planner and Wealth Advisor Kathleen Nemetz works with clients who want to establish solid financial foundations to realize their dreams.  She earned her MBA in finance at Pace University in New York. 

For people planning life's transitions, Kathleen can offer invaluable knowledge of retirement income, divorce and estate planning matters.  As an investment advisor representative, she builds retirement portfolios aimed at generating steady income and long-term growth. Advisory services are available through Stratos Wealth Partners;  and brokerage services are available through LPL Financial, including buying and selling stocks and corporate and municipal bonds.

Within the community, she is active in the Prescott, AZ, Estate Planning Council and the Arizona Society of CPAs, as a non CPA member. She is a founding member of the community group Women On Money TM, and is formerly a producer of 'Women on Money,' a quarterly television talk show for local station Comcast 26 in Marin County, California. Through Stratos Wealth Partners, she offers financial planning and investment services.

Kathleen is a fee-based certified financial planner and a certified divorce financial analyst, and has cross trained in mediation. Her designations are recognized by the Certified Financial Planning Board and the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts. Securities are offered through LPL Financial, member FINRA/SIPC. Investment advice offered through Stratos Wealth Partners LTD, a registered investment advisor and a separate entity from LPL Financial.


CPA David Snyder

David has been in the accounting and tax business for over 19 years. His company, David A. Snyder CPA, PLLC, conveniently located in downtown Prescott, AZ, is an affiliate of E.R. Taxes, LC. He specializes in creating business plans, asset protection and tax preparation for individuals as well as corporations. David retains a B.S. degree from Frostburg State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has held a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential. David had extensive leadership training in the US Army and strongly believes in helping those who have served in the military.

As a prior Controller of numerous companies, David has extensive knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, operations and financial management of small and medium sized businesses. He believes in legally minimizing the tax burden of his clients and helping in protecting their assets.

David is a director and former President of the Prescott Sunrise Lions Club. He and his wife, Michelle, have two children (Annie and Sam) and reside in Prescott Valley, Arizona. David is a Baltimore Ravens fan and very interested in history and current events.
